Rectified bowls for a perfect installation

Planus has introduced a solution to the deformations problem who depends by the ceramic bowl type of production.

Raw materials during cooking to 1240 C° are melted giving origin to the porcelain. During this process the material is softened and it is reduced of approximately 11%. Some deformations, especially in critical points, are inevitable and sometimes not foreseeable and they happen frequently in the rear wall and in the base. The deformations do not allow a correct installation when the toilet must be attached to the wall and simultaneously to the floor.

Drawing explaining the solution introduced

After porcelain bowls cooking, in case toilets have deformations, Planus rectifies both the base than rear wall by the use of a numerical control machine. This further work guarantees a perfect and uniform (90°) toilet.
